  • Led acquisition team, reported to President, initiated and completed feasibility study for 250-unit conversion housing project in Stamford, CT. Implemented construction cost analysis by inspecting entire project with the bank, engineers, contractor and architect which led to the successful marketing and selling of all units, valued over $50 million. The entire conversion project was completed on time and on budget.

  • Engaged by new Partners as part of new executive team chartered with a turnaround of distressed and underperforming venture backed next generation streaming media entity and a non-invasive diabetes medical device company. The common denominator was that each company was underperforming and dysfunctional in different areas but were all backed collectively by over $45 million of private equity and institutional funds that just had run their course. In newly created roles, led the company’s refined business models and value propositions, to seek out the appropriate intellectual and capital resources to assist in commercializing. These new strategies leverage existing intellectual property while retaining the core builders of the products to sustain strong continuity for continued R & D and subsequent product innovative. The customer base includes most of the top pharmaceutical, biotech and academic companies; as well as Fortune 100 Companies and emerging companies in their respective industries.
  • With extremely limited resources and depressed financial community, raised several million from angel and high net worth individuals for several companies to give them traction and the ability to refocus their strategy and products. Also pare down and rebuild their management teams. Dropped in as an interim executive during the initial stages and then recruited C-Level Executives to operate the company as they became commercially viable. Two of the companies are currently well-positioned and driving revenues for a potential merger and/or acquisition play.
  • Collaborated with existing management teams to refine strategy, assess strength and weaknesses of operations, existing management team, product/services, channels and strengthen Intellectual property portfolio by securing additional patents.

Leveraged broad prior operating experience to quickly grasp and pragmatically address each company’s opportunities and challenges.
