I work part-time as a health coach for Access Health Louisiana, a Federally Qualified Health Center, interacting with medical staff, patients, and coworkers using Telehealth and in-person visits. My role is to provide education about co-morbidities in chronic care management. Furthermore, I schedule appointments, follow care plans, and stay informed about payors, Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and sliding scale fees.
