• Opening and closing procedures, balance cash drawers, bank deposits and meeting daily metrics.
• Consistently reaching daily, weekly, monthly goals through motivation and communication.

• Answer multi-line phone system in a polite and organized manner, maintain high level of customer service with each client.
• Processing online orders, refunds and payments, supporting other office duties such as filing.
