• Learner Growth: Achieved an average of 10 mastered targets per week in a variety of programs. Increased community and work based opportunities by 95%. Reduced challenging behaviors significantly resulting in thinning procedures. Provided effective treatment to achieve low levels of challenging behavior and the ability to maintain the current trend.
• Program Management: Developed targets from the learner's IEP goals and objectives. Monitored target and program progress to ensure that the learner is excelling at an appropriate pace and acquiring/maintaining skill acquisition. Implemented teaching and data modifications when appropriate to aid in the rate of skill acquisition. Analyzed data and produced graphs. Produced progress reports and noted behavior and target comments.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborated with staff to facilitate training on an individualized, rapport based level. Helped team members overcome challenges that arose in order to maintain efficiency when implementing behavioral protocols and achieving academic success. Communicated with my supervisor and clinical director on current BIP and procedures to ensure that the learner is receiving the most effective treatment as well as participated in the development and implementation of thinning/fading procedures. • Provide ABA therapy in an at home setting in regards to a program that is heavily focused on maintaining life/adaptive and leisure skills.
