To receive observation hours, I went to my old freshman year teacher from high school and sat in on his classes every Wednesday. I came prepped to every class with questions to ask him, was able to teach a lesson to the students, and observed his teaching methods as much as I could.
To receive observation hours, I went an observed my mom's classroom every Friday for a couple of months. I helped my mom lead lessons, walk kids to and from classrooms, and helped in other ways that my mom needed me to.
This was a Study Abroad Scholarship for students that I applied for and was granted. I received the scholarship at a ceremony.
