Resolve customer complaints while juggling other shift priorities
Maintain records of up to date staff certifications
Consult with Human Resources on employee relations to deliver clear guidelines and follow through needed with staff issues
Coach employees through discipline process, ensuring verbal, written and final warnings are documented properly by management
Order and track inventory
Act as liaison with Facilities, Marketing, IT and other departments on location needs from inventory to communication to staff
Hold 1:1 meetings with direct reports, coaching on performance, career development and helping employees with other needs
Obtained CPO certificate through the National Swimming Pool Foundation
