- Accountable to the success of the entire private club operation which sits on 8 acres and includes a 55,000 square foot club house and fitness facility, 12 tennis courts, 11 Pickleball courts, Food and Beverage, Aquatics, and Kids' club. Supervise 35 full time employees and 65 part time employees.

- Navigated the Club through COVID-19 and increased membership from 870 to 1450. Approaching cut off and a wait list - first time in 20 year history.

- Oversaw the renovations of the Clubhouse, Pool, and Pickleball facility - ahead of schedule and under budget.

- Built Porch Bar & Grill to coordinate with growth of pickleball - separate Food & Beverage component to add to the club in 2023. New offerings of Club Cafe, Clubhouse Bar, and Porch Bar and Grill to promote F&B growth and success, along with return of Private events.

- Increased revenue from 1.6m to 3.1m

- Club automation growth and use club-wide

- MXM Metrics - member satisfaction consistently rated at 9.0 better over the last 3 years.

- Oversaw the tennis, aquatics, pickleball and Group exercise programs.

- Created Pickleball Program which now includes over 450 players/members. Oversaw construction of 11 pickleball courts.

- Tournament Director for three sanctioned Pickleball tournaments which included over 900 participants.

- Navigated club at start of pandemic to pivot through dozens of changes from LA County and Health Department to keep the doors open and members' interests first.

- Increased revenue for all tennis events

- Revamped juniors' programming, including homeschool juniors' program

- Head coach with responsibilities including fundraising efforts, planning schedules, determining lineups, and parent interaction. League Champs: Girls: 09, 10, 11, 13 & 14. CIF Champs D2 2014. Boys: 09, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 & 19,
