  • Organizational leadership in conjunction with CEO, responsible for every aspect of company's daily operations
  • Management of staff and union employees, human resource responsibilities, new business development, sales, budgeting & finance, performance optimization, P&L responsibility, revenue growth and profit maximization
  • Attracted attention of world-renowned professional flutists Sir James and Lady Jeanne Galway as direct result of my planning and execution of a marketing campaign, PR, and product quality development efforts
  • Developed and implemented a new partnership with Sir James Galway which included new instruments and new marketing and PR materials to gain the world's attention
  • Directly responsible for the message, tagline, and product names based on inspiration from Sir James' message and goals
