• Implemented a professional foods program by designing a professional kitchen, purchasing equipment, and planning course of study
• Coordinated an in-school catering business to foster growth and development of students pursuing this course of study
• Coordinated with community partners to allow students to shadow and train in the food service industry
• Mentored new teachers, providing guidance on curriculum development and classroom management techniques.
