Manage multiple plants with numerous amounts of workers in each which includes staffing, paperwork, and customer communication
Keep lines of communication open between employees, customers, suppliers, engineers, and corporate office
Actively participate in the sorting of the parts to ensure the final product is beyond customers' expectations
Perform routine check-ins with employees under my supervision
Work with suppliers through the life cycle of the working relationship
Communicate clearly with the customer and ensuring their needs are met
Supervise up to 60 employees
Remain flexible to changing sorts and daily needs
Conduct weekly audits
Fulfill daily data entry in the form of I- charts via Microsoft Excel
Assign each shift to their positions for the day
Form strong professional relationships with leadership in new plants
Ensure the projects are adequately staffed
Travel to new plants to set up and work new sorts
Recruit, source, and hire new employees
Contact and communicate with temporary agencies which supply temporary workers
Complete new hire paperwork on a regular basis
Perform payroll daily
Execute accurate and up-to-date work instructions, quality alerts, service requests, and 8D
Terminate employees when necessary
