Summary

  • I am a very loyal, personable, creative, and organized person with an attention to detail. Having worked for 17 plus years in retail banking, I have extensive experience in customer service, operations, problem research and resolution, clerical, security, and critical thinking. This experience was earned while supervising and managing staff in a fast-paced, busy, and at times stressful retail branch, and through two acquisitions. I am looking forward to a new career, with new challenges, that enables me to learn and grow as a business professional.
  • On my resume, you will find that I started my bank career in 1999 with National City Bank and ended it in 2016 with First Niagara Bank. I never changed banks. My National City branch was divested to First Niagara Bank.
  • I am a mother to an amazing 9 year old son. When First Niagara Bank was acquired by Key Bank in 2016, I had the option to stay with the new bank or take severance. Since my son was still very young, I chose to take the severance that I had earned and become a full-time parent. Now that my son is older, I am excited to return to work.
