Provide a documented chart review of Recovery Services (RS) group schedules, group content, treatment plan, diagnosis, clinical services, and other program-required services for adherence to program structure, therapeutic communities, and system of care
Audit documentation that is entered into the Recovery Services Case Management System (RSCMS) for accuracy, following the outlined curriculum and identifying common errors
