Summary

Hardworking Field Support Representative bringing 24+ years of Veterinary experience. As an FSR, I have been on the frontline working to build strong relationships with veterinary customers supporting an 8.6-million-dollar revenue territory. As a tenured FSR, I have learned to manage ambiguity by recognizing the need to adapt and remain flexible when there is uncertainty. I am a leader in partnering with the ecosystem; engaging in strategic conversations with VDCs and inside sales to support the key strategic initiatives and business goals to uncover and plan customer interactions and areas of growth. I have consistency with willingness to help with out of territory coverage, asking discovery questions, and adding value by transitioning to meaningful conversations when the opportunity presents itself. I have made contributions to the overall department goals by participating in both local and national meetings training peers, and being one of only two FSR's invited to join the Preventive Care Champion Panel attending the summit in Maine, amongst more success and accomplishments is provided.
