- My work in innovative thinking and approaches has been highlighted in Upstream by Dan Heath, Power to the Public by Tara Dawson and Hana Schank and by Community Solutions, a nationally recognized McArthur Foundation winner.
- Have participated in as well as facilitated a variety of community groups working on common problems including the Built for Zero Mental Health Committee, the United Way FEMA Emergency Food and Shelter Board and the State Board of Education School Experience Improvement Workgroup.
- Have training and practice in performance improvement through the Baldridge Standards of Excellence and the nationally certified ROMA (Results Oriented Management and Accountabilty) trainer program.
