I have been working as a process, assistant in decant for almost a year now. I have learned all sorts of new skills, including. Working well, huddle training with Associates. Doing standup at start of shift. Coming in early for a start of shift meetings. Codeine Associates time. Trailer plan. GTDR processing. Moving trailers around the yard via my computer. Tracking trailer reactive and making sure it’s on time. Doing audits with Associates. I also participated in a pilot program with area manager NaTyssha Brackens of this year on how to hardcode Associates on the handheld scanner just after Associates get back from breaks to code times correctly on attendance.

• I work in Decant on the dock. I also problem solve & stow when needed. I help train new employees & pre-existing employees in all these departments. I have a knack for multitasking, and I am flexible. I like teamwork but I also am fine working alone. really when it comes down to it I'm in it more for the learning experience than anything else.

• I helped residents with their activities for daily living.

• I would come in in the morning and help open the store. I would set up for breakfast and make donuts. I would help count register doors. I would help set up for lunch. I would set up the sub station for the day. I would stock the cooler. and unload truck.

• My primary task was meat department. this would include stocking shelves. And running the seafood counter. I helped open & close both department. and also helped out and other departments. I would help in the deli and the bakery for breaks for other employees. mostly because I like teamwork and multitasking.
