Welding art, crochet/knit, Gardening, canning, hunting, fishing, reading, learning ASL

I have always loved to work with my hands. I love to be our doors as much as possible. Gardening is one way I get to ba outdoors and canning lets me preserve the food for a longer period of time for my family. I have always had an interest in ASL, I taught my babies a few signs before they could speak and recently found an app to continue the learning process. So I may one day be fully ready to speak to someone who is deaf. Welding is a new love I have found. I have seen many art pieces made with metal and really wanted to be able to create some. I enjoy this thoroughly, and recently have sold some metal art at a craft fair. I began crocheting when I was 18, I wanted a little more of a challenge so I tried knitting. It took me about 10yrs off and on before I actually got the hang of using 2 long needles. Now I love to knit more than crochet, it has a tighter stitch and lays flatter then crochet. I have also dabbled in making my own soap, which I will continue to explore.
