Ventilator Management/Intubation, trouble shoot issues with ventilators and make adjustments to settings in order to correct ABG results, set up CPAP/BIPAP machines, perform NIF measurements on Guillain-Barre patients, perform patient assessments to address needs of patient and utilize RT protocol system to place orders for therapies patient would benefit from, perform six minute walk tests, document results to determine if patient qualifies for home oxygen, bedside spirometry on pre-op patients, experience with Flolan administration, peak flow measurement, placing nasal trumpets/NT suctioning. Experience with Medi-Tech, Cerner, Epic and Med Host charting systems. Utilize I-Stat and Epoch bedside ABG analyzers. Perform chart audits and annual skills check offs for staff members.
