  • I have exceeded my annual goal every year I have been in this position and have won Presidents Circle every year I have been eligible.
  • The driving focus of this role has been growing my existing customers’ through not only the standard product line, but with an intense focus on strategic products such as Managed Security and Hosted Communications.
  • My customer base continues to grow because of my focus on longstanding relationships based on trust and an ongoing commitment to drive customer satisfaction.

  • Many of the clients I managed had domestic and international services.

  • My primary focus was very large global clients that are highly demanding and considered sensitive in nature.

  • Some of the highlights of my career at SBC were: closing a 36 month Master Discount Agreement valued at over $10,000,000, as well as beating out the incumbent at a large financial customer to win an OC192 sonet ring and layer 2 network valued at over $6,000,000 net new revenue.
