• Acquire medical intake & coordinate all aspects of Intra, Inter & External Hospital transports. Facilitates conference calls with Referring and Accepting Attending Physicians. Facilitates escalation calls with Pediatric Medical Director and Nursing Leadership as per policy. Assess, stabilize & safely transport critically ill neonates & children with transport team . Respond to Pediatric CPA & PRT. Round on units & assists staff with IV access & labs. Leads Children's Service Bed Huddle for coverage of Pediatric Bed Flow Coordinator. • Charge Nurse : Coordinate admissions, transfers, post-ops/procedures & participate in medical team rounds. Respond to Pediatric CPA & PRT. Coverage of PICU for staffing/ scheduling management . Clinical Resource/Preceptor to newer staff members.
