  • Collaboration includes topics and discussions, such as master schedule creation, school period schedule, teacher improvement topics, improvement of ACT scores for students, etc
  • Helped create policies and procedures for a number of topics, such as crisis intervention planning, early graduates, and return to school plans after a mental health crisis
  • Created and developed more efficient tools to utilize more technology, which includes schedule change processes, appointments with counselors, and improved parent communication by sharing information via social media
  • Implemented school-wide surveys to utilize data to improve mental health of student body, as well as address individual student concerns
  • Created a Gay Straight Alliance (GSA) Group based on student need
