Jennifer Zamora is a 4th grade dual-language instructor from Uvalde, Texas and is celebrating her 21st year of teaching with the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District (UCISD).
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with a specialization in science from the University of Texas at Austin. She is certified to teach Elementary for grades PK-8 and 'English as a Second Language' (ESL).
As an alumni of UCISD, Zamora returned to her roots with the hope of growing young readers. Much of her career was devoted to early childhood, where she spent twenty years building the foundation at Dalton Elementary. Later, she transitioned to fourth grade where she now reads to learn with the children in a dual language environment.
In her spare time, Zamora is a partner at her local HEB. There, she utilizes her multitasking skills to proficiently assist pharmacists and other team members with preparing prescriptions and meeting customer needs.
