- Training new hires in Air Import operations on Air Import AMS system that the company uses outside our main system
- trouble shoot systems issues that operations see that is affecting the delivery to customer that could be a combination of out systems or between our systems to US Customs system.
- Help origins and US Air Import operations when needed on US Customs AMS issues
- Training operations to transmit CW1 Air or truck QP inbonds
- UAT systems testing fixes before they are put into the production system ( Cargo Matrix, Descartes for our specific issues or new origins becoming a self-filer
