I am a motivated student at the University of West Florida, studying Human Resources and Business Administration, with a passion for helping people and supporting organizations through effective business practices. My background in payroll management, customer service, and small business ownership has given me valuable experience in organization, communication, and problem-solving. Through coaching, volunteer work, and entrepreneurial leadership, I have developed the ability to connect with people of all ages and foster positive, collaborative environments. I am eager to bring this dedication and heart for service to an HR internship where I can continue to grow and make a meaningful contribution.
