- When I started, I worked in our manufacturing department where I assisted in building and maintaining mechanical functioning of tufting machines.
- I then moved to work in the Research Design Center assisting customers in setting up patterns and promoting our products. While there I used "Apso" to design patterns and identify potential problems and fixes for the machines software. I also had to convert the gauge parts in the machine to accompany the type of products the customers were looking to sample.
- I currently work in our quality control lab. As a quality technician, I use the various tools to check the quality of parts that we receive from our machine shop and vendors. I also handle a few tasks that are required for our ISO certification such as, writing training procedures, incident reports, work instructions, and a calibration database. As we put the machines together i use a Faro laser tracker to align important and crucial components.
