Primary focus on Carbon Capture and Sequestration business opportunities world wide. Objective is to grow the business, identify technology gaps and address them through development.

• Lead business unit teams in sales to secure CCS opportunities and in operation to realize projects.
• Rationalize sub surface solutions for the CCS space
• Propose and elaborate products and system architectures for development. Prioritize with Marketing and Technology team projects worth venturing into.

Evaluate potential new energy ventures (not limited to CCS). Usually with companies' technologies close to market deployment.

Development of New Technology Concepts to integrate with other business lines. Role across the entire sand control portfolio, with aim to re-think positioning and identify white space.

• Led, and managed development and deployment of cementing and sand control system. Done in 9 months from concept to implementation in the field for $3M revenue
• Created multiple strategic efficient intelligent completion and sand control concepts. Those were used for early engagement with forward looking customers
• Provided Sand Control Strategy for Gulf of Mexico

Wide role in Completions headquarters of product management through the entire value chain: engineering, marketing & sales, training and operation. Grew from the multi zone sand control portfolio to efficiency technologies and real-time telemetry.

• Manage all Multi Zone Single Trip installations from engineering manufacturing to execution in the field. Spent 550+ days in South East Asia to coordinate efforts.
• Manage product technology related service quality incidents and recovery efforts with thorough investigations, implementation plans and product delivery
• Key contributor to Schlumberger establishment as number one sand control provider with technology & pull through revenues exceeding $350M from 2012 to 2017
• Establish with HQ management team Sand Control product line strategy
• Maintain leadership position for key cased hole technologies in volume and revenue
• Standardize and implement sand control completion operation procedures with automated work platform
• Led and implemented new technology cost reduction effort of 30%
• Coach and mentor of technology coordinators in the field
• Trained 40 people in Multi Zone Single Trip technologies across 3 continents
• Secured up to $10M per year of new product development funding with elaboration of robust business cases
• Translate business goals, feature concepts and customer needs into prioritized product requirements
• Develop concepts, specification and requirements for new projects
• Created and developed vision architecture for Real Time Telemetry platform for completion

Started as a Mechanical Engineer in Sand Control R&D group, then grew to project leader with a team of 4:

• Designed tested and qualified Multi Zone Single Trip next generation system in multiple sizes. This included completion products and service tools
• Coordinated manufacturing, assembly and maintenance for engineering team to complete per customer requirements.
• Performed detailed calculations to create reliable, and manufacture-able products as per customer specifications.
• Created manufacturing plan for systems and led implementation through early production series.
• Led, coordinated and performed overall system integration tests.
• Led erosion testing campaigns for various sand control service tools and products. Left a method and process, currently in use and being improved by completion and well services engineering groups.
• Optimized and developed concept architectures through workflow and risk analysis

Hired as a Tech & Field engineer, high intensity field training with exposure to various environments to prepare entry in product center team:

• Fracturing operations in South West Texas and Arkansas
• Cased Hole and Open Hole Sand Control for completion and pumping operations in Trinidad and Tobago
• Graduated from Schlumberger's fracturing and completion schools, certified field engineer

• Developed a new process and control tools to manage engineering inventory.
• Concept study of Open Hole Zonal Isolation tool from 8.5" to 10.75" in the packer group.
