Dynamic server and bartender with extensive experience at the Village Club of Sands Point, excelling in high-end service and event management. Proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and teamwork. Skilled in multitasking and maintaining a professional attitude in fast-paced environments, ensuring seamless operations and memorable guest experiences. I'm the right guy for the job.
I am currently working as a server at the high-end, members-only Village Club of Sands Point restaurant called the Village Club. I also handle all their mansion events, such as the Taste of Summer, golf outings, wedding parties, and catering or summer events. It's a high-end crowd, and I perform good service. I don't get in the weeds ever, so I enjoy the busier, higher-end crowds. The only complaint I have is that the driving distance is very far for me, as I live in Rocky Point, and this job is a 120-mile round trip. It's also closed from December 23rd to March 1st, so I won't be able to afford the break. I'm looking for a more high-end restaurant to work at year-round.
My close friend George started his own electrical company, so I was back in the Hamptons for a few years working on custom smart homes. I was doing electrical work again from 2020 to 2025, after COVID closed the final twelve Ruby Tuesdays on Long Island.
I worked for this electrical company for a year and a half, focusing on all the custom smart homes in Roslyn and Manhasset.
I started my restaurant career at Ruby Tuesdays just before I turned 17. I spent about a year as a host, then moved on to be a food runner, and eventually became a server. I also have experience working as an expo, cook, and dishwasher. I worked at four Ruby Tuesday locations as they gradually started closing down. I was a server for twelve years and bartended for four years at their locations.
I worked at J&Rs Steak House in Rocky Point for about a year as a food runner. After another Ruby Tuesdays location closed, I was looking for a server position that didn't open up at this location, so I eventually moved on to another Ruby Tuesdays.
I went to BOCES trade school to be an electrician from 2006 to 2008. I started my electrical work full-time at age 19 and continued until 25, working out east in the Hamptons on high-end homes. I worked Friday night close, and double shifts on Saturday and Sunday at the restaurant as my second job. After taking a break from electrical work, I worked full-time at the restaurant for many years.
I worked as an expediter at Applebee's in Miller Place after the Miller Place Ruby Tuesdays closed for about a year. I also served there about two nights a week. I left because they didn't offer a full-time serving position.
This was my first-ever restaurant job at a place called Deke’s American Restaurant in Rocky Point. I worked there for about two years, and they paid me in cash. I was a host, busser, and food runner. The restaurant featured different themes each month, from seafood month to Mexican food month, and more.
