I have taken the last dealership from $1.4 million in inventory from accounting, finding a $700k discrepancy. From the $752k on hand, I was able to reduce obsolete/idle inventory to $502k of usable inventory, through buyouts. I increased the off-the-shelf fill rate from 42% to 93% with a physical turn over rate of 88% monthly.
