Accomplishments

    One of my biggest accomplishments working for Paramount Beauty is my role as their National Sales Director.

    Paramount never had a senior manager over seeing and leading their team. As the Brazilian Professional Brand Manager, I was working with every DSC, everyday. I noticed a big missing piece within the company infrastructure and that was no leadership. The owners of the company are visionaries and not really Leaders. recognizing this, I created 20 page presentation on a new role called the National Director of Sales. I wrote the job descriptions for every role within the company including my own. I re-worked the structure, changed their systems and added polices and procedures that that would make Paramount a stronger company. in all departments.
