• Scheduled and facilitated weekly meetings between cross functional teams including hardware, BIOS, iLO (BMC) and thermal team to track deliverables, schedules, and issues. Summarized and presented weekly status to senior management.

• Led a multinational quality team of 60 members to deliver five generations of iLO, a highly complex embedded BMC firmware system which was responsible for system health, power consumption, virtual media, and remote console. iLO was a key differentiator and selling point of HPE ProLiant servers. Worked closely with the System BIOS team to ensure the server booted successfully and all aspects of the iLO firmware were working correctly.
• Oversaw strategic product releases. Scheduled project testing and assigned tests. Developed, updated, and maintained database consisting of 26000 test cases and 300 users.
• Acted as primary contact to a cross-functional team including manufacturing, ODM, OEM, and BIOS to resolve problem, increase operational efficiencies, and improve the customer experience.
• Analyzed and prioritized 300+ critical field issues weekly and provided recommendations to the group vice president to reduce operational costs by tens of million dollars.
