- I promoted to M&C Supervisor role Nov. 1999 in Odessa Transmission office for 6 years, before moving to the same role at Big Spring Transmission for 4 years. And finally to Sweetwater Transmission from 2010 till 2025, where I retired.
- My career path as always been in operations. As a supervisor, some of my duties included maintenance, construction of transmission and commissioning new transmission lines, substations and working closely with Transmission Construction to help facilitate several projects in the last 25 years.
- Assisted in hiring, training new employees on operational procedures and safety protocols, as they pertain to transmission business group.
- Supported daily operations by reviewing data, reviewing procedures, putting outages in to support emergency outages as needed.
- Engaged in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels were available when needed.
- Collaborated with team members, ROW agents, distribution partners, customer planners, to maintain an efficient workspace and project completion.
- I am familiar with PETE, TGO, Nomcrs, and various other databases, to meet project completions, on time.
