- I was hired onto the Cresco Labs team as a flower packaging agent, my main job duties were hand sorting and packaging usable cannabis into its retail packaging as well as hand rolling half gram and full gram preroll joints.
- While those were my main duties I did a lot while at the company in and out of my department, I learned how to use and run our Radial420 machine for usable cannabis to our RocketBox and KnockBox for preloading our cones for joints.
- I learned further into the Biotrack system that I already had experience with at 3C dispensary as far as moving product that we needed, this also included climbing our 30ft ladder to get boxes of packaging for our products.
- Besides flower packaging I learned how to package out cannabis concentrates into glass jars while also putting them into their final retail packaging, as well as packaging out capsules and RSO tubes in the same department 'Lab Pack'.
- When other departments were in the need of more people they would ask for help, in most of those times I was helping cultivation department prepping clones, juvenile plants and full flowering plants.
- I learned how to properly repot plants into their final containers and defoliating plants once they were harvested to prep for drying.
- Besides helping in cultivation I did some packaging and sorting work for the Edibles department and sometimes went on copilot rides to drop product off at dispensaries, at times I was forced to lead our group into our next product or grouping people up to maximize our numbers by the end of our shift.

- During my time at 3C dispensary I learn how to use the Biotrack system on a POS and computer to do all of our daily tasks (inventory, patient check-in etc), as well as doing personal training cannabinoid systems and strains to remedy the ailments.
- Over my time there I learned how to take in new inventory from cultivators as well as a little into ordering, I was also able to take part in learning how to properly destroy expired or unusable product inventory with the paperwork/biotrack update.

- When I was first hired onto the security company I was doing individual events such as X Factor, the Chicago Car Show and Electric Daisy Carnival 3 Day Rave/Outdoor Event, from there they hired me on as a cash handler at McCormick Place in Chicago.
- As a cash handler I was in charge of a list of vendors inside the convention center and was required to constantly walk between vendor's within a 2.6 Million square foot building, once at the vendor I would give them their 'Till' for the day and do that for all 15-20 vendors I was in charge of depending on size of the event.
- While I wasn't checking in with the individual vendors making sure they didn't need change or a cash drop I was patrolling to make sure everything was going smoothly, at the end of the day I would collect the money from each vendor checking off on the amount inside and proceeding into our vault to deposit the money and paperwork.
