
I've been passionate about computers since I was young. I started learning basic software and technology skills as a child, and by my teens, I was helping friends and family with tech issues, like troubleshooting problems and teaching them how to use new programs. Over the years, I became comfortable with things like Microsoft Office, basic photo editing, and even some coding.
Along with my tech skills, I also developed strong customer service experience during high school. I worked part-time jobs where I interacted with customers, answered questions, and helped solve problems. These experiences helped me build good communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure while working with all types of people.
