With a proven track record at Washington University, St. Louis, I excel in community engagement and crisis intervention, demonstrating integrity and adeptness in critical situations. My experience includes developing crime prevention strategies and fostering strong community-police relations, significantly enhancing public safety through skilled communication and comprehensive emergency response training. For the past 2 years I have worked with a Therapy K9 named Bear. With Bear, I have had the privilege to of focusing on community engagement and bridging the gap between our community and our Police Department. in the past 2 years I have scheduled over 1000 community events within our community. I have also become the department CIT Coordinator in charge of structuring a new Crisis Intervention training for our department. I have also become a Mental Health first aid instructor which allows me to teach mental health first aid to over hundreds of employees who interact with students.


With these accomplishments, I was the 2024 recipient of the Washington University Community Impact award. I have also been the recipient of 4 other Police Department awards.
