1. Ranch Foreman

• Train horses to prepare for sale, film and market horses to clients and arrange meetings to demonstrate horse and close sales. Methods of advertising include ads, and responding to "ISO's"

2. Mechanic/Sales

• Also contracted with diesel shop as mechanic and heavy equipment operator. I research tractors and perform general maintenance, repairs, and rebuilding of tractors.
• Daily tasks include: researching tractors utilizing mechanical manuals, researching parts, and performing tear down and rebuild on equipment, marketing equipment using various sales platforms and meeting with clients to review work done equipment.

• Assist clients with filling out mortgage applications, review submitted documentation to ensure it aligns with FNMA, RD, and other various loan programs qualification requirements.
• Process mortgage applications through automated underwriting, price rates, worked to find proper loan product to match clients needs and then assist client through process of qualifying, purchasing and closing real-estate transactions.

• Set up and operated dialysis machines for patients receiving treatment for kidney failure.
• Set-up equipment for dialysis and primed dialyzer in preparation for use.
• Performed routine quality control and safety checks on all equipment.
• Cleaned and connected fistulas, grafts and catheters to prevent infection.

• Worked with underwriters to fix application problems and resolve issues.
• Maintained high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate loan status updates.
• Communicated with clients, processing teams and other third parties to achieve prompt loan closings.
• Analyzed loan applications and credit reports to determine loan eligibility and risk level.

Maintained above average GPA, was incredibly successful in program but disliked legal work and determined being an attorney was not for me.
