I was hired at Captain Andy's in 2016 as crew, I worked my way up to 1st mate and Lead Trainer for new hires. Most had no previous boating experience. Captain Andy's had a training program that lasting 9 days total for all three sailing vessels. I was responsible for teaching;

• All aspects of safety
• Scan seas to spot obstacles while on bow watch
• Topnotch service etiquette with three course plated and served dinner
• Proper bartending etiquette
• Successfully trained 9 employees in 5 months

I was the GM of Luau Kalamaku for 8 years, we maintained a 4.5 star rating on Trip Advisor and Yelp. On average serving nearly 2000 guests per week. This was an extremely dynamic position, responsibilities were but not limited to;

• Tending to all customer related issues and concerns.
