Working in the service industry I've gained the most essential soft skills such as analyzing my customers behavior and seeing what I can do as a salesperson to make the best experience for them and having a foundational understanding, while also having patience with my customers and actively listening and engaging with the customer to then build a relationship. The warehousing industry has also definitely contributed to physical attributes and having care for the customer / consumers product.
