At Brookdale I have made decorations with the residents and helped them decorate their room and the facility with them. Have worked side by side with Resident Engagement Coordinator on activities for the past 6 years. Take residents on outings every Wednesday and on holidays especially at christmas to see the lights. Have a great rapport with all of my residents and love spending time with them and getting to know all about their lives and what they did and where they came from.
