Resolve rejected claims, request payment information, establish priority of order or delivery. Prep and scan documents. Warehouse duties include stocking and proper storage of drugs and supplies. Monitor and adjust /calibrate Pharmacy equipment. Process, pack and ship outgoing pharmacy orders.

Working as a member of the Pharmacy support center by processing medication refill request per protocol, facilitating non-protocol refill request, obtaining prior authorizations and resolving medication refill related issues or problems.

Starting in the Photo Department, was quickly promoted to Scan Coordinator. Working in many areas of the store including ordering, stocking, checking, price changes and signing. Finally landing a position in the pharmacy and becoming a Certified Pharmacy Technician.
