I am a liaison between English Language Learners and stakeholders throughout the district. Additionally, I organize initiatives that promote a positive academic experience, while adhering to strict confidentiality. This includes coordinating the Language Enrichment Camp, state testing, learning interventions, meetings, and other pertinent programs that support the student body.

I successfully earned a Speech and Language Pathology Assistant certificate. In this part-time role, I have the privilege of enhancing the quality of life for patients with speech and language disorders through personalized treatment plans and consistent progress monitoring in a dynamic clinic setting.

I delivered training through instructor-led sessions, self-paced modules, and virtual facilitation, resulting in reduced customer hold time and increased customer satisfaction measured by Qualtrics, a quality assurance software. Collaborating with my team, I introduced a blended learning curriculum. This included writing AI scripts, editing e-learnings, creating job aids, and developing additional content, while facilitating the proper use of the CRM systems, Salesforce and Seaware.

• Wrote and published internal communications, disseminating company policies and new training initiatives to key stakeholders while collaborating with cross departmental teams
• Resolved performance gaps by analyzing data and designing training action plans that supported performance goals

My team and I received the Team of Excellence Award as a result of providing exceptional training for over 500 employees. I worked closely with our Human Resources department, completing payroll and separation tasks, administering policies and additional onboarding responsibilities, while managing memos, emails, training expectation letters, and written content for the training intranet. I designed our training platform and facilitated significant content that included the proper use of CRM systems such as Salesforce and Seaware.

I played a key role in increasing the graduation rate. I was the first to foster a hybrid learning environment, teaching virtually and in person, using Canvas, a learning management system. Because of my virtual pedagogy experience, combined with my leadership role, I trained teachers to adopt a virtual learning environment. This significantly increased our graduation rate.

I was voted Teacher of the Year twice. I created and utilized an academic tracker focused on helping struggling students. Per my principal's request, many teachers used the same academic tracker. Because of this, we surpassed our learning goal by 3%.

• Created and taught English Language Arts lessons based on student data extracted from Florida State Standards assessments
• Launched and monitored an accelerated academic tracker to support at risk students, resulting in over 70% of credit recovery students meeting the graduation requirement
