I was postmaster in a small rural post office in Elk city Idaho. the office was small and only required 1 employee so I had to be efficient and multi-task. I did everything from customer service to receiving processing and sending the mail daily.

I worked the daytime service at Merrimans kamuela. I started out as a greeter And was asked about 3 months later to be manager. I had A crew of around 6 people that I oversaw. I did a lot of multitasking and floating around To help the employees to ensure quick and enjoyable service To our guests .

I was a trail guide /wrangler for N’alapa stables at both of their locations Kahua Ranch and Waipio valley.

Responsibilities included;

Maintaining healthy horses.

Up-keep of the stables and offices.

yard work.

Picking up and Hauling feed From the local feed store.

Maintaining tack and saddles.

Working with the younger and newer horses to get them trained and ready To safely take guests out and be added to the string.

Fencing.

Educating guests on safety and responsible riding as well as the history of the locations we were riding in.

teaching guests how to safely operate the atvs used out on the tour

teaching guests how to safely ride their horse on the tours.

Educating guests on the history of the ranch and making sure they had an amazing tour of the ranch.

Owner of the stables also owned cutting horses so after tours it was my responsibility To groom and work out the cutting horses.
