Maintain employee records using Paylocity. Answer and HR tickets through the employee help desk. Work with the HR Director to create a list of predefined wages for each position. Monitor all new hires, and wage increases to ensure that it fits within those parameters. If it's outside that range, they will need to get an approval thru the Comp Manager. Comp Manager has budgets set for each store and each department. If their compensation falls inside that budget, the wage increase, or bonus may be approved. If it does not, must go to the HR Director for any other approval. Work with the HR Director to create pre-approved Commission Plans. Work with HR Director to create pre-approved Guarantees for Commission Employees/Sign on Bonuses, or any other extra bonuses Setting up structured Pay Plans, that are all the same, and are pre-approved templates for each role within the organization. Developing training for Managers on using these Pay Plans. Created a structured secure area where Managers have access to their level of Pay Plans. Maintain Commission system and templates. Review all bonuses submitted within the Commission system, prior to payroll to make sure it's following all predefined rules.
