Manager Compliance Readiness / Senior Lab Tech/ MA I,II, Preceptor, Administrative and Clinical duties were followed as per DOH and best care practices, policies and procedures in my scope of practice and my recommendations utilizing chain of command and team members DOH
Because of my diligence and attention to detail I was able to become Manager Senior Lab Technician and Continued Compliance Readiness and team members contact for DOH in our office
I was able to effectively provide rooming of patient, venipuncture, blood pressure, blood glucose, creatinine, clotting factors, hemoglobin, strep throat cultures, urine drug screens, urine pregnancy, urinalysis, urine PH, vision, hearing and color tests, vital signs, wound care, first aide, autoclave, centrifuge, immunizations, assessments, history, interventions, point of care testing, EKG, etc
As required which resulted in a positive patient outcome for all patient ages, backgrounds, religion, ethnicity and educational levels.
