Work History
TMS Chief Operations Manager
2 Years 9 Months- Screened incoming patients, coordinated consultations with providers, completed insurance benefits and prior authorizations, determined insurance coverage, and tracked referrals. Any other ad hoc requests managed.
- Founded and managed a referral network with counseling, neurology, pain management, psychiatrists, and psychologists to enhance access to care across levels of care for patients. Gave presentations about TMS, provided tours of our facilities, founded and managed all marketing and social media pages, and increased the reach of our program.
- Certified to deliver Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments to patients using MagStim's Horizon3.0 system. Building rapport and relationships, making lifestyle changes, assisting in helping process daily mental health struggles and trauma, and educating patients and providers on TMS and its successful applications.
- Expanded the TMS program to two locations with more expected in the future, tripled program capacity, researched new uses, protocols, methods, and more to use the machine most effectively. Trained new technicians for certification and led our team to be most efficient and effective for patient needs.
- Works directly with patients and providers to build individualized treatment plans to best suit the individual needs of each patient. Works with providers on education about TMS, its uses and functions, use of medications and therapy concurrent with treatment, and offers status reports on patients in our TMS program.
Lead Technician and Patient Experience Coordinator
2 Years 1 Month- Operated as a front desk medical receptionist, with responsibilities ranging from greeting patients to handling PHI and HIPAA documents, as well as extensive use of EMR system and billing systems.
- Completed medical leave and disability paperwork and created medical exemption letters for official use, took patient vitals, handled medications and dosage requests per provider recommendations, assuaged and answered patient concerns.
- Delivered TMS treatment to patients daily, using the BrainsWay H1 and H7 coil systems. Responsible for educating patients on mental health, healthy habits and lifestyles, and TMS and its uses.
- Built rapport with patients while aiding them in processing trauma and assessing their responses throughout treatment.
- Effectively led a team of TMS technicians, trained and supported new and experienced technicians in all aspects of the machine, protocols, patient interactions, insurance coverage, and other ad-hoc requests. Researched how protocols are to be delivered to patients for treatments to be most effective based on study outcomes and guidelines.
The MISS Foundation and Selah Carefarm Intern
5 Months- Developed social media visuals and content to enhance family engagement with the foundation.
- Shadowed a licensed therapist and worked one-on-one with a family to support bereavement treatment on-site.
- Researched, compiled, and wrote numerous literature reviews on varying topics related to grief, trauma, psychology, social support, animal support, and more. Researched different therapy and communication strategies to best serve individuals.

1 Year- Ensured safety while facilitating engaging activities for children aged three months to eleven years.

- Researched and created weekly presentations presented to club members and led active discussions about each topic. Spanning a wide breadth of topics, the club members were able to request topics to be researched, presented, and discussed.

1 Year- Fostered a calming atmosphere for patients and siblings in pediatric intensive care unit, enhancing emotional well-being during challenging times.
