As a Customer Service Rep, I worked every aspect of an airline, frontline employee. I helped people check in, board their flight, welcome them to their destination or connection, and every aspect of assistance needed when traveling. This included rebooking and assisting in severe conditions that make travel difficult. As a Ramp Service Agent, I loaded airplanes, received and dispatched aircraft, help locate lost luggage, and worked in extreme conditions. We made seats for GM for the Canyon and Colorado. This was a new location opening for this corporation. I specialized in the leather finish of the seats.
