As a Customer Service Rep, I worked every aspect of an airline, frontline employee. I helped people check in, board their flight, welcome them to their destination or connection, and every aspect of assistance needed when traveling. This included rebooking and assisting in severe conditions that make travel difficult. As a Ramp Service Agent, I loaded airplanes, received and dispatched aircraft, help locate lost luggage, and worked in extreme conditions. I observed safety procedures and policies to maintain a safe work environment.

Most recently I was one of the agents that helped launch the Agent on Demand for customers to have easier access to a representative.
