In this position, I learned to effectively triage patients, perform point of care testing and electrocardiograms, manage electronic medical records, and prioritize patient satisfaction. This role has emphasized my medical terminology and anatomy knowledge as well as provided me with the opportunity to renew my BLS certification.

I was promoted to Sales Lead from Sales Associate. In this role, I was responsible for opening and closing the store, handling customer interactions via telephone and in person, and managing online orders. I maintained a clean, enjoyable work environment for my coworkers and customers. This experience has advanced my communication skills and forced me to prioritize in a professional setting.

I was promoted to Denim Specialist, where I acquired management, organization, and memorization skills. Later. I was promoted to Shipment Specialist, where I gained knowledge of all items being sold as well as organizational skills. During my role, I was awarded Employee of the Month. This experience encouraged interpersonal skills, improved my honesty, responsibility, and communication.
