As a City Carrier I am responsible for delivering mail and receiving mail from residents and businesses. My primary duties relate to delivering and picking up mail for their assigned addresses and ensuring that it is not lost or harmed in the process, as well as assisting customers with additional postal needs. I follow Postal Service policies and procedures to maintain integrity of mail and protect customer information. I receive mail from the distribution center and organize it into an efficient system for sequential delivery. I deliver mail in a vehicle or on foot along a predetermined route, maintaining the established schedule. I collect any outgoing mail on the route and return it for sorting and delivery. Maintaining the route even during adverse weather conditions, such as rain, snow or extreme heat. Assisting customers along the route with their postal needs, including providing change of address forms when requested or selling postage to customers requiring it. Responded to customer inquiries about delivery, forwarding and other postal services quickly to provide quality customer services. Using a portable scanner to track certain parcels or pieces of mail. Improved mail delivery efficiency by accurately sorting and organizing mail for efficient distribution. Maintained a high level of safety by adhering to traffic laws, utilizing defensive driving techniques, and navigating various weather conditions.

As a groundskeeper I contributed to overall property aesthetics improvements resulting from dedicated attention towards daily maintenance tasks and detail-oriented approach to groundskeeping. I supported construction projects by preparing grounds, painting, removing debris, and assisting with site clean-up tasks. Managed comprehensive grounds maintenance schedules for optimal productivity and costeffectiveness. I would perform equipment maintenance and repairs to keep tools functional for projects. I have experience with using hand and power tools, such as hammers, screw drivers, power drills, leaf blowers, snow blowers, weed whackers and vacuum cleaners. Fixed lighting fixtures. As an Order Filler I was responsible for loading packages & transporting them to the loading dock areas. I utilized forklifts or motorized pallet jacks to transport pallets of products throughout the warehouse. Prepared orders by processing requests, pulled materials from warehouse, packed boxes, and prepared shipments. Succeeded in meeting daily targets consistently, demonstrating reliability and commitment to excellence in performance. As a medical assistant I was responsible for preparing and administering medications to patients. These medications included intramuscular, intradermal, and subcutaneous injections as directed by a physician. I performed phlebotomy tasks efficiently while ensuring minimal discomfort for patients during blood collection procedures.
