
My true passion is customer service and communication. I strive for excellence and I am detail oriented. I learn quickly and have proven to be able to work in different environments.
My most recent job has consisted of payment processing and accounts receivable, I coordinate daily schedules to insure consistent work for ten technicians, and most importantly I partner with customers and management to resolve issues involving the service my company offers.
This career was the foundation for in refining my core skills, including booking management, effective communication, payment processing, understanding online applications, and most importantly the importance of detail- knowing the crucial value of of small details and how they effect the company's reputation.
This was a unique work experience. I am grateful for the opportunity I had at smugglers notch as it was the intro into business management. This career completely structured the way I learned how to deal with customers- even difficult ones and how to come to a resolution when it felt impossible. I also managed scheduling and got the foot in the doorway to understand online scheduling and communication programs.
