Accomplishments

I went to work at the Scotland County Care Center when I was 18. I realized all aides have to go to Cna class to be certified, but they pushed me through and earlier class. Then you were supposed to be certified for at least a year before even thinking about taking the Certified Med Tech class. Well they came to me and asked me to take it right after I passed the CNA class. In order to do that, the director of nurses and the Administrator had to write letters of recommendation to the state asking permission. I passed. While I was working at a store after having my 2nd child they asked me to come back. I had to challenge the test. I passed again with no studying. Later on I went to nursing school. I realize not all transcription is medical..but I love to learn. I love information, and how fun would it be to learn and work at the same time!

Additional Information

I am on probation for 5 years, (2.5 if no issues) for felony child endangerment of a child envolving drugs. My fiancee's 16 year old had possession of marajuana so I took the deal. But I would never hurt that boy. He's been my son for almost 5 years now. After the probation is completed, it will be suspended and off my record.

Interests

As I've said, I just love to learn and think about what makes people tick Learning how things work, etc
