I am a detail oriented organizer. I believe anything worth doing, is worth doing right. I believe failed attempts are not detrimental; however, I do accept less than standard.  I am open minded enough to understand that my creative vision is not the only way as long as the goals are met. In that way, I find myself to be a bit of a problem solver. My ability to work well with others is accomplished by believing I am part of a team, and though teamwork is usually difficult to accomplish, it has bigger payoffs in terms of accomplishments and rewards. I hold myself to a high standard of keeping work relationships professional. Given the opportunity to assess needs, and dynamics, I  hope to learn details quickly in order to set plans and  goals. I have often found myself to be very resourceful. I’m not afraid to ask for help from the right people; however, I  hope to be respected enough in a professional environment to ask questions, and give/receive feedback.
