While working at Katsur Orthodontics, I made sure rooms were set appropriately for the working doctors as well as making patients feel as comfortable as possible to carry out our duties. I made sure each patient knew what was going on and made sure they were up to date and kept good oral hygiene, educating them on what we see. I kept records of each patient as well as notes from every visit to make sure the next one went smoothly. When a patient was not being seen, I would do some behind the scenes using a variety of dental products and making sure our equipment was cleaned and ready for the next patient use. I also took X-Rays of patients to keep in their records to see progress. Doing all this was at a days work, while making sure to keep a positive environment with my co-workers to give patients our best care!!

As a barista, our days were very steady and filled with constant movement. Making drinks we were also moving around remembering different recipes, while also making customer connections and making sure they felt very welcomed. When not making the drinks we could be preparing back up products so that they were at use, or we could be taking in order either in the cafe or through the drive thru. If none of those were our duties we could possibly be the one responsible for cashing people out. Overall, throughout the day no matter the task, we kept a positive attitude for whatever was thrown at us and also kept good communication with the other partners so that everything ran smoothly.

Here at HomeGoods, part of my job, was to either be on the floor stalking shelves while appropriately helping customers find their merchandise or helping cash out customers. While doing either of these things, I always greeted as well as held a conversation to make them feel welcomed! Anything that was done here was done through teamwork, meaning we had to communicate properly and help one another out by being a team player.
